Frequently Asked Questions

Will the cuff fit my arm?

The included cuff fits upper arm circumferences of 22–36 cm, approximately 8.7–14.2 inches. Measure your upper arm before ordering.

How large is the monitor?

It measures 102 mm wide × 140 mm long, approximately 4.02 × 5.51 inches.

Can two people use it?

Yes. It supports two user profiles with up to 99 stored readings per person. Follow the manual to select the correct user.

Does it measure pulse as well as blood pressure?

Yes. The screen displays systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate.

Can I use it during surgery recovery?

Use it if your healthcare professional recommends home blood pressure monitoring. Ask which arm to use, how often to check and which results or symptoms should prompt a call, particularly if you have arm restrictions following surgery.

Is USB-C power the same as recharging the batteries?

No. USB-C provides an external power option; it should not be assumed to recharge installed batteries. Follow the product manual for compatible power supplies and batteries.

Can this replace visits to my healthcare professional?

No. Home readings can support conversations with your care team, but they do not replace professional assessment. Do not change prescribed medication based on readings without consulting your clinician.

Use only as directed. Ask your healthcare professional to check your measurement technique and compare the monitor's readings with their equipment.
